Produce Supplements to Precinct Registers

Because precinct registers are typically produced several days prior to an election, they will not be accurate on election day unless they are updated with changes affecting voter information and eligibility. Such changes include the return of mail ballots, early voting, challenges to voter eligibility, changes to a voter's ballot style, and residential address changes that move voters in and out of precincts. To bring precinct registers up to date, you will need to generate, and then print precinct register supplementClosed A report generated by Voter Focus that shows changes to voter records that would render a voter eligible or ineligible to vote at the polls on election day (for example, voter voted early, voter is deceased). Supervisor of Elections officials mark the printed precinct registers with changes from the supplement so that the precinct registers are accurate when the polls open.s.
