Utility	Description
Database Utilities
Create Training Database	Creates a copy of the production database that can be used for training or testing against the FVRS Training database.
Create Sandbox Database	Creates a copy of the production database that can be used for training or testing. The Sandbox database does not connect to FVRS.
Monthly Database Cleanup	Removes records of documents printed more than two months ago.
Change Precinct ID	Changes the ID of a selected precinct or precinct split.
Voter Utilities
Clear Temporary Vote-By-Mail Statuses	Changes the Vote-By-Mail status of all Temporary mail ballot voters to Canceled and deletes the default ballot address and all Ballot Address for This Election addresses for voters whose Vote-By-Mail status is Temporary or Canceled.
Recalculate Totals	Resynchronizes voter totals for the entire voter registration database.
Set Domestic Out of County Flag	Inserts a Y in the database field DomesticOutOfCountyFlag for voters having mailing addresses with zip codes that do not appear in the local zip code table but who are not flagged as overseas voters. This field is designed to assist counties in identifying absent domestic military voters.
Fix Up UOCAVA Flags	Corrects a problem where UOCAVA flags were not properly maintained between the 10.1 and 12.0 releases of Voter Focus.
Remove ACP Voter	Removes from the voter registration system a person who participates in the State's Address Confidentiality Program.
Clear Voted Out of County Flag	Deletes the unauthorized voting history for a voter originating from another county who has since been merged with a voter record in your county.
Signatures and Audit
Print Signature Clips	Prints voter signature clips or a list of voters having no signature to your Windows default printer.
Display System Settings Audit Trail	Lists changes to system options, selected code tables, and user permissions.
FVRS Bulk Upload Audit	Lists the batch update functions performed against FVRS, giving you a view of the FVRSUploads table where information pertaining to ST02R notifications is stored.
Alerts
Maintain Email Alerts	Controls the programs and events monitored by VR Dashboard and prompts the system to send emails when a monitored program/event doesn’t appear to be functioning.
Email Monitor	Provides information on outgoing email batches. Email Status—Shows the number of emails currently awaiting transmission from your SMTP server. Failures—Gives information about the failure of one or more emails to go out of the county email system.
