Set Domestic Out of County Flag

To access:  VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Utilities > Voter Utilities > Set Domestic Out of County Flag

This utility inserts a Y in the database field DomesticOutOfCountyFlag for voters having mailing addresses with zip codes that do not appear in the local zip code table. This is designed to assist counties in identifying absent domestic military voters.

Voters with this setting can be found using FlexRep: query the field DomesticOutOfCountyFlag in the Votrm table for a value of Y in the selection text.

Overseas voters are not affected by this run.
