To run:  VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Utilities > Signatures and Audit > FVRS Bulk Upload Audit

This utility displays an onscreen audit of batch update functions performed against FVRS. It gives you a view of the FVRSUploads table where information pertaining to ST02R notifications is stored.
