FVRS sends each county a match list of county voters who are possible matches to FVRS data indicating they are deceased, have a duplicate registration, have a felony conviction, or have been adjudicated mentally incompetent. In addition, the county can add its own potential-ineligible match records. The Eligibility Match Report lists the FVRS and county matches, showing whether they have been resolved.
