Newspaper Notice Scheduled

This report lists voters for whom a newspaper notice has been scheduled to inform them that they are potentially ineligible. See How to Initiate the Removal of Felons and Others Who Might Be Ineligible for more about the eligibility maintenance process.

Should a voter become Ineligible in the period between scheduling of the notice and running of this report, they will appear in the report but with their status denoted on the right side of the report. If you attempt to print the notice when an Ineligible voter is listed in the report, you will see an error message, and you should unschedule the voter. After printing of the notice, if a voter becomes Ineligible before you do an Update Voters to Notice Published Status, the voter's record will be updated in the same way as the other voters. The assumption is they were published in the newspaper, regardless of their Ineligible status.
