VotrmBookClose Table

This table provides a snapshot of voters at book closing for each election, showing the voter's party, precinct, status, and other information pertinent to their eligibility in the specified election. It also includes demographic data and district assignments.

Election_number	Election number
Certificate	Voter registration ID (can be pre-FVRS ID).
Birth_Date	Voter date of birth.
Party	Voter's party code, from the Partyl table.
Precinct	Precinct split to which voter is assigned.
Status	Voter registration status. Note See Voter Status Codes and Associated Reason Codes for the possible values in this column.
Race	Voter's race code, from the Racel table.
Sex	Voter's sex: M—Male F—Female U—Unknown
Holding_reason_code	Reason code associated with voter registration status. Note See Voter Status Codes and Associated Reason Codes for the possible values in this column.
Abs_Mil_Civ	State of Military check box on voter's Vote-by-Mail tab at book closing: M—Military check box was selected. C or space—Civilian, i.e., Military check box was not selected.
Registration_Date	Date voter was registered in Florida.
FvrsVoterIdNumber	FVRS voter registration ID.
City_Code	Voter's city district assignment at book closing.
City_Ward	Voter's city-ward district assignment at book closing.
House_District	Voter's Florida House district assignment at book closing.
Senate_District	Voter's Florida Senate district assignment at book closing.
Commission_District	Voter's county commission district assignment at book closing.
School_Board_District	Voter's school board district assignment at book closing.
Federal_House_District	Voter's US congressional district assignment at book closing.
Other_District_Info	Other district assignments for voter at book closing, separated by commas.
