Each voter status code has an associated set of reason codes. In the table below, the reason code is the prefix to the status code, which is shown in parentheses.

Reinstate Final Notice/Petn |
FVRS code Set automatically by Voter Focus. The voter was Inactive but was reinstated when the county office recorded that they returned a final notice or made an address change on a petition prior to enactment of the law prohibiting address changes on petitions. |

Notice at Poll |
FVRS code Set by the county user. An obsolete code used prior to implementation of the voter response and communication audit features in Voter Focus to indicate a reason why an Inactive voter was reinstated. This reason code should not be selected but should be retained in existing records. |

FVRS code Set by the county user. The voter record was created due to some error on the county’s part. This can be any kind of error; it simply gives you a way to withdraw a record that should not have been created. |
