Unschedule a Notice Scheduled for a Voter

This topic explains how to unschedule a letter or other notice that is scheduled for a voter. This can be necessary, for instance, when a voter's mail ballot was referred to the Canvassing Board, triggering the scheduling of an Absentee Referral Letter, and the ballot has since been reinstated by the board. Reinstatement will not unschedule the letter; you will need to do it manually, as described here.

  1. Go to VOTER REGISTRATION > Voter Maintenance and access the voter's record.

  2. On the Maint tab, click Printing... to open the Schedule Document Printing dialog showing the notices currently scheduled for the voter.

  3. Highlight the notice you want to unschedule and click Unschedule Document.
