Reviewing the Integrity Check Report

Here is a list of issues that might be reported by the Integrity Check program and instructions on how to fix them. Note that the Integrity Check does not fix issues; it merely reports their existence. It is up to you to correct them and then rerun the program until it reports no issues.

Invalid Address

The voter's address is not found in the Street table. See How to Fix Voter Addresses.

Streetix Ref Error

The address is valid, but the address pointer in the voter record is not pointing to the correct street record. To fix, see How to Fix Voter Addresses.

Zero Streetix Ref

The voter's record is unattached to a street record. See How to Fix Voter Addresses.

Voter Precinct does not match Street Precinct

Run the Redistricting Update program.

Invalid Party

Open the voter record and select a valid party code.

Invalid Birth Date

Open the voter record and enter a valid birth date.

Invalid Race

Open the voter record and select a valid race code.

Invalid Sex

Open the voter record and select a valid sex code.

Invalid Status

Contact VR Systems.

Invalid Holding Reason code

Contact VR Systems.

Invalid Precinct

The probable cause for this is deletion of a precinct. Add the necessary precinct or move the street segment to the correct precinct.

Invalid House District

Verify the district exists and either add the district or otherwise correct the assignment. Then run Redistricting Update.

Invalid Congressional District

Verify the district exists and either add the district or otherwise correct the assignment. Then run Redistricting Update.

Invalid Senate District

Verify the district exists and either add the district or otherwise correct the assignment. Then run Redistricting Update.

Invalid CC District

Verify the district exists and either add the district or otherwise correct the assignment. Then run Redistricting Update.

Invalid School Board District

Verify the district exists and either add the district or otherwise correct the assignment. Then run Redistricting Update.

No Precinct assigned to this District.

This indicates that you might have districts that are either no longer used or were created by mistake. To fix, determine if a precinct should be assigned to that district. If it is a district that is no longer used, remove the district.

Election History not Updated. Election Number <number>

Run the Update Voter History program. If the program has already been run, contact VR Systems.

Apartment Number Required at <address>

Determine what the apartment number should be and enter it into the voter's record.

This Street Range is not a valid Residence Address <address>

The address in the voter's record is not a valid residential address. Research to determine the source of the error (for example, a data-entry error, an error on the application).

<number> is an invalid Apt/Lot at <address>

The apartment/lot number in the voter's record is not within the valid range for that address. Research to determine the source of the error (for example, a data-entry error, an error on the application).

No Card Path in Record

The voter record has no signature clip. Determine if you have a card for this voter and if you do, scan it.

File Not Found Path1=<path name to image>

The file that should contain the signature clip is not present. Verify that your file paths are still valid. If they appear to be correct, call VR Systems.
