Change an Election's Status

About an Election's Status

To change the status of an election:

1. Ensure that the election is the focused election. If not, click Change Election Status on the Console and select the election.

2. Go to:

ELECTIONS > Maintain Election Settings > Election Maintenance > Change Status/Default

or

ELECTIONS > Change Election Status

Note  The only statuses available via the Change Election Status button are Open, Active, and Return Processing Only. If you want to change an election's status to Closed or Deleted, use the Change Status/Default button in Election Maintenance.

3. On the Election Status dialog, select the new election status.

4. Click Save.
