Process ABBMs Queue

To access:   Ballot By Mail > Process ABBMs

After scanning an ABBM or importing an ABBM image file, the next step is to process the ABBM requests for acceptance or rejection. After acceptance, ballots by mail can be delivered; ballot by email or fax requests are pending for a period of up to four days. For rejections, a notice that includes the rejection reason is scheduled to be sent to the voters.

All ABBMs that were scanned but are not processed appear in the Process ABBM Queue. From this queue, you can find the voter to which the ABBM is to be assigned, create a signature clip, review and complete the request information, and then accept or reject the request.
