Language Coverage for Election

To run: REPORTING > Reports > Election Worker Reports > Election Staffing Reports > Language Coverage for Election

This report gives you the number of workers with non-English language capabilities at each location. The locations reported depend on the work type mode in which you are running. For example, if you are running in Precinct Poll Work mode, the report gives you information on precincts but not early voting sites or election centers. To get information on the latter locations, you must run the report in the associated work type mode.

For each location, the report lists the number of workers per position for each language. It also gives the total number of workers in each position at the location. Each location is printed on a separate page.

The first column of the report shows the precinct number and its polling place. If the precinct has is a temporary polling place for the selected election, the temporary polling place is shown instead of the normal polling place name.

The report covers only the four languages selected for display on the General tab. Languages from the Other (languages) field are not reported.

Keep in mind that this report might not check workers' voter registration status, so a worker who has become Ineligible but has not been removed from the worker roster could still be counted in the report. To determine if you have Ineligible workers, run the Election Worker Alert Report and look for changes in voter registration status. For any worker who is now Ineligible, change their worker status to N, Not an Election Worker or T, Terminated Election Worker.
