Unfreeze Registration Totals

If you have frozen registration totals on your website, but want to unfreeze them before the date specified, you can do so by changing the date entered in the Freeze Registration Totals field to a date in the past. The registration totals displayed on your website will be updated to reflect the most recent voter registration totals from your voter registration system the next time the systems synchronize.

To log in to the Content Manager, go to the Person Bar > Content > Pages menu. Locate vrservices in the list and click the [+] to expand. Locate Tower Admin in the list and hover over ..., click View. The Tower Admin page appears. .

Click Registration Totals.

  1. Go to the Registration Totals page.

  2. In the Frozen As Of Date field, enter a date that has already passed.

  3. In the Return to calculated totals on field, enter today's date or a date in the past. (This date must be later than the date entered in the Frozen As of Date field.)

  4. Click Update.

  5. Refresh your page to see changes.
