County_Of_Residence

Voter's current county.

Voter_Name

Voter name in the format Last, First Middleinitial.

Voter date of birth.

Driver_License_Number

Driver license number.

Date_Last_Card_Requested

Date of most recent printing of voter information card.

Assistance_Required

Y indicates voter needs assistance with voting.

Note  This column is for voters needing assistance at voting sites. For voters needing assistance at assisted living and similar facilities, the column is Supervised_Voting.

Sex

Voter's sex:

M—Male

F—Female

U—Unknown

Race

Voter's race code, from the Racel table.

RaceOther

Text written by voter on application along with selecting Other as their race.

Party

Voter's party code, from the Partyl table.

Last_Party

If the voter's party changed, their party prior to the change.

Voter registration status.

Holding_Reason_Code

Reason code associated with voter registration status.

Y indicates the Receive Sample Ballots by Email check box is selected on Maint tab of voter's record.

Election number.

Election_Date

Date of the election.

Election_Name

Election name.

Election type:

G—General

P—Primary

C—City (for elections created prior to Voter Focus release 2014)

Mail_Ballot

Y indicates election is mail-ballot-only election.

CVF_Election_Type

Election classification:

1—First primary

2—Second primary

P—Presidential preference primary

G—General election

O—All other elections including local, city, and special elections

Books_Closing_Date

Date of election's book closing.

Abs_Ballots_Used

Y indicates vote-by-mail ballots are used in election.

Adv_Ballots_Used

Y indicates advance ballots are used in election.

Abs_Election_Status

Election status:

O—Open

A—Active

R—Return processing only

C—Closed

D—Deleted

Master_Election

When multiple elections are held on the same day, the number of the master election to which this election is secondary. If value is zero, multiple elections are not held on the same day.

Early_Voting_Start

Date early voting starts.

Date early voting ends.

Unused.

FederalElectionsBallotStyle

Ballot style assigned to voters whose Fed Elections Only check box is selected.

OtherStyleParty

State of Military check box on voter's Vote-by-Mail tab:

M—Military check box is selected.

C or space—Civilian, i.e., Military check box not selected.

MilitaryDependent

Y indicates Mil Dep check box on Vote-by-Mail tab is selected, indicating voter is a military dependent. Voter is normally included with Military voters for statistical purposes.

Overseas_Voter_Flag

Y indicates the Default Ballot Address or mailing address is an overseas address.

DomesticOutOfCountyFlag

Y indicates a military voter who resides outside the county but not overseas. (Therefore vote-by-mail ballots to the voter are not UOCAVA.)
