FlexRep Menu—Record Selection

The buttons in the Record Selection box let you narrow the FlexRep search to voters meeting specific criteria. Bear in mind that each of these options has default values, and these values will be used as selection criteria, even if you don't actively make selections yourself. For example, the default value for status is Active.

All the selection criteria are added together (that is, the are joined by Boolean AND operators). So if you select Females, Republicans, and a single county commission district, you will get all Republican women in that district.

Note:  If you are interested in finding UOCAVA voters, be aware that the UOCAVA flag is associated only with a Vote-By-Mail Request, not with the voter's record. (It is possible for a voter to be UOCAVA for one election but not the next one, if their overseas or military status changes in the meantime.) FlexRep looks at voter records, not at Vote-By-Mail Requests, so it's not possible to list UOCAVA voters using FlexRep. To report on voters making Vote-By-Mail Requests with the UOCAVA flag set, use the Vote-By-Mail Flexible Report feature and select a Location of UOCAVA.
