Voter Maintenance—Audit Tab

To access: VOTER REGISTRATION > Voter Maintenance > {voter} > Audit

This tab shows the changes to the voter's record and communications with the voter. The information comes from many sources and is shown in time-sequence order, beginning with the most recent activity. Entries highlighted in blue are audit entries received from FVRS.

Similar information can be found in the Voter Audit Report.

The information can be sorted by clicking the title of the column you want to sort by.

In the column labeled Field, entries of Comm_Out and Comm_In represent communications to and from the voter, respectively. Double-click the entry to open the Voter Communication dialog, showing details of the communication.

The possible audit values in the Field column are:

ActyDt	Activity date — indicates voter response or processing of suspended application against voter record

Email	Email to the voter from the elections office
Fax/Email	Fax or email delivery of mail ballot requested
Fax/Email Reqest Canceled	Delivery by fax or email of mail ballot canceled
FedEl	Federal elections only flag
FName	First name
FVRS LCD	Last changed date (last time local record was synchronized with FVRS)
Good Registration	An NVRA form was processed as a good voter registration
House	Florida House of Representatives district
IdReq	Photo-ID-required flag
Incomplete Registration	An NVRA form was processed as an incomplete registration
L4SSN	Last 4 digits of Social Security number
LName	Last name
MAdd1	Mailing address line 1
MAdd2	Mailing address line 2

MilCiv	Change to the voter's military/civilian code

*Absentee Reversal—A reversal flag indicates that the earlier transaction is being reversed (on Mail Ballot Adjustments dialog).

**Absentee Rerun—A rerun is the reprint of Vote-By-Mail envelopes/labels.
