Application QA Verification

To access:  VOTER REGISTRATION > Quality Assurance Queue > {voter}

This dialog is accessible only when the option VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Options > Use Application QA is selected.

It is formatted like the Voter Application dialog, but it displays the information entered by the user who did the initial data entry from the digital image or paper application.

Below the active field (that is, the field where the cursor currently lies), a light-blue value box lists the value entered by the previous user (New Value) and, in the case of updated applications for existing voters, the original value of the field prior to the previous user's change (Old Value).

Fields highlighted in red indicate a difference between the local value and FVRS value.

The QA user can make corrections to any field by typing in a value or clicking one of the Use buttons on the value box.

Note: If a voter application has been denied in Application Forms, a different operator must still process and remove it through the QA Queue. To remove the denied application QA Queue, simply select the desired record and click Dismiss on the bottom of the Application QA Verification dialog.
