Voter Application Form

To access: VOTER REGISTRATION > Application Forms> {voter} > Local Search or FVRS Search or Application Search.

Use the Application dialog to:

  • Enter voter registration applications into the county and FVRS systems.
  • Change data on existing voter records when the information is submitted on an application (NVRA or FPCA) form. Such data might include a change of residential address, a change in political party affiliation, or a name change.

While viewing an application for an existing voter, you can retrieve a read-only view of the voter's maintenance record—including Vote-By-Mail, voting history, and eligibility information—by clicking the Voters icon on the toolbar:

Tip: Before clicking the Voters button, on the application toolbar, click Utility and select Display Voter Information Dialog in Separate Window. This allows you to view the application and the read-only voter information side-by-side.

All transactions entered through the Application dialog are included in the NVRA summary report produced at the end of the month. Transactions entered through the Maint tab of the voter's record do not appear in the NVRA report.
