- Click OK to run the report.
The title of the report is now the Flexible Absentee Status Report for <election name>.
When run with the above parameters, this report provides a complete list of all Vote-By-Mail requests for the selected election with the dates the request was made, the ballot was delivered/mailed, and the ballot was returned. It includes the ballot style and number of each ballot that the voter has received. The report also includes email addresses for the purposes of sending overseas voters candidate information via email.
This is a long report consuming at least two lines for each voter. An underline separates each voter entry, which on some printers can take a long time to print. If you are interested in a single voter's information, we recommend you instead retrieve the voter's record, go to their Vote-By-Mail Request Status dialog, and click Audit Report to create their Absentee Audit Report.
