This dialog lets you override the system settings for printing address labels and Early Voting Voter Certificates.
Fields and Controls on this Dialog
Local Address Label Printer |
Select a printer to use for printing address labels from your workstation. This will override the label printer specified in VOTE BY MAIL> Vote-by-Mail Options > Label Printers. |
Do Not Force Landscape Mode |
Select this option if your county uses Zebra label printers. Do not select this option you use DYMO LabelWriters. |
Do Not Print Vote-by-Mail Labels from this Workstation |
For this workstation, suppresses printing of labels for in-office absentees, pickup absentees, and early votes recorded on the Voting Election dialog. Note If you want to print labels at this workstation and clearing this check box does not make that happen, check that the Print DYMO Labels option is selected in VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Options > Vote by Mail. Note On the Vote-by-Mail Request dialog, the settings here are not applicable. Users can click Save and Print or Save to process the request with or without printing. |
Do Not Print Vote-by-Mail Information Sheet from this Workstation |
