Dialog Help

Voter Card

To access:  PRINTING > Voter Card

This dialog appears when the Voter Card program is running on your workstation, which enables printing of voter information cards.

Fields and Controls on this Dialog

Pause Program/Restart Processing

Toggles the program between the paused and processing states. The program must be in the processing state to print cards. This state is indicated by the label Cards Waiting in the dialog's title area. (Cards Waiting doesn't mean that cards are waiting to print; only that the Voter Card program is in the processing state and is ready to process printing.)

When you click Pause Program or View > Options, the Voter Card program is automatically paused (as indicated by Cards Paused in the dialog title area) and you will need to click Restart Processing to activate it.

Print Alignment Pattern

Prints an alignment pattern for the voter information card. Note that this button is available only when the Voter Card program is paused.

View > Options

Lets you select a printer for immediate printing of a voter information card from a voter's record. The printer selection applies only to the computer on which the Voter Card program is running.
