Voter Focus Admin Tab

Use the Voter Focus Admin tab on the Console to maintain system settings, update database code tables, and run system utilities.

Buttons on the Voter Focus Admin Tab

FVRSBulkXfrs	Starts the program that handles transfer of large files between FVRS and the county system. The user permission FVRSBulkXfrs enables the appearance of this button.
FVRSElecFiles	Uploads sample ballot files and polling place photos from the \MAIS folder to your website for voter access. This program is run automatically several times a day by VR Scheduler, but can be run manually any time. The user permission FVRSElecFiles enables the appearance of this button. Important: This function is no longer used.
FVRSNotes	Starts the program that accepts updates to voter records and other data sent from FVRS to the county system. The user permission FVRSNotes enables the appearance of this button.
FVRSUpload	Starts the program that handles transfer of large files on the county system to FVRS. The user permission FVRSUpload enables the appearance of this button.
Integrity Check Routine	This program examines the data in your voter registration database and creates a report indicating any irregularities. See Run Integrity Check for more information.
Send Public Files	Uploads candidate labels/reports to your website and the three daily election files to your website and the State. This program is run automatically several times a day by VR Scheduler, but can be run manually any time.
Show Current Usage	Lists the users who are currently on the Voter Focus system, the database they are using, and the program(s) they are running. The user permission ShowCurrentUsage enables the appearance of this button.
System Codes	Displays a list of database code tables the user can modify. The user permission SystemCodes enables the appearance of this button.
System Options	Displays a list of system-wide options. Most can be modified by the user; some are set by VR Systems at installation time and cannot be changed by users. The user permission SystemOptions enables the appearance of this button.
System Utilities	Provides access to several utility programs. The user permission SystemUtilities enables the appearance of this button.
User Permissions	Allows you to add, maintain, and delete users, assign them to user types, and grant permissions to user types. The user permission UserPermissions enables the appearance of this button.
