Voters on Election Day by Precinct

To run:  REPORTING > Reports > Election Reports > Voter Lists > Voters on Election Day by Precinct

This report lists everyone who voted in the selected election on Election Day. The report ordered by precinct with a total for each precinct and precinct split and a grand total at the end.

The report contains two precinct columns to help you identify combined precincts:

Precinct shows the combined precinct ID.

Voter's Precinct shows the voter's assigned precinct/precinct split. If this precinct ID is different from the ID in the Precinct column, it means the voter's precinct was a "combined-with" precinct voting at the major precinct.

Counties typically compare the numbers in this report to those in the Voter Turnout report. The report is designed for easy export to Microsoft Excel or Access. There is a page break after each precinct split.
