Record a Worker's Language Ability

Workers who are multilingual can have the languages in which they are fluent noted in their worker record. Then, when where is a need for a particular language fluency, you can search for workers who have that capability.

  1. Go to ELECTION WORKERS > Worker Maintenance and find the worker's record.
  2. In the Languages box, select the languages in which the worker is fluent. If there is no check box for the worker's language, enter it in the Other field, separating multiple languages with commas.
  3. Click Save.

The languages with check boxes are maintained on the EW Options dialog. See Specify the Languages Displayed on the Worker Maintenance Dialog for more information.

Changes to worker languages are audited.
