Upload Files in the Candidate File Distribution Administration Portal

Using the Candidate File Distribution Administration portal, you can upload files to the Candidate File Distribution retrieval site that are created outside of Voter Focus, for example, instructions, FAQs, or announcements.

Note: Certain files can be uploaded to the Candidate File Distribution retrieval site from Voter Focus.

The following file types can be uploaded:

.csv

.jpg

.xls

.doc

.pdf

.xlsx

.docx

.txt

.zip

The maximum file size is 30 megabytes (MB).

  1. Log in to the DNN Content Manager, hover over the VR Tower menu, and then click Candidate File Uploads.
  2. Expand the row for the election that contains the candidates you would like to upload files to.
  3. Select the box for each candidate you would like to upload files for.

    OR

    If you want to upload files to all candidates, select the Upload to All Candidates box.


  4. In the File Description field, enter a file description.
  5. Click the Click to Browse link, select the files you want to upload, and then click Upload Files.

    OR

    Drag the files you want to upload in to the Upload Files dialog, and then click Upload Files.
