Export Election Results
After you set up an election, you may export the election results as Clear Ballot CSV files. The Clear Ballot Results Export CSV files contain the information set on the Edit Races page. To customize the information available in your export file, see Race Information Settings. Data available within the export file may be pulled from the database. To manually configure the data available, see manually configure a XML setup file.

Log in to ENR, select an election from the Select Elections drop-down list, and click Maintain Election.
Important: In order to view the Export Election Resultsoption, you must enable Post-Election Mode. Once enabled, your county will no longer be able to post SOVC or Canvass reports in ENR after uploading the Clear Ballot file. Click Yes to continue. -
On the ENR home page, click Export Election Results.

The Create Clear Ballot Export page appears. Click Create Export. The Clear Ballot Export zip folder downloads.
- Once the zip file is downloaded, open the local folder and select Extract all.
- Click Browse to select the file extraction destination.
- Click Extract to extract the CSV files from the zip folder. The files will extract to the location specified.
- Manually update the Votes column in each CSV file to prepare them for posting. Important: Do not update any columns other than the Votes column in the Clear Ballot CSV files.
