Where to Use Voter Verify

Voter Verify is a useful tool at the polling place and at non-voting venues such as voter-outreach events.

The service can be used to verify voter eligibility on election day, saving poll workers a call to the elections office. Walking down a queue of voters awaiting check-in, a poll worker equipped with any internet-connected handheld device can pre-check each voter, intercepting those with eligibility issues so they can be routed directly to the precinct clerk.

At voter-outreach events, Voter Verify can help you quickly determine whether a voter is registered and verify whether their address, party, and other registration information is up-to-date.

Using the Precinct Finder feature, on election day, if the voter is in the wrong location, you can quickly inform them of their correct polling location. During voter-outreach events, you can easily provide voters with their exact voting precinct based on their address.
