Note This feature works automatically if you have an email client, such as Microsoft Outlook, installed on your workstation. To work with web-based email systems such as Gmail, setup outside Voter Focus might be required. Contact your IT staff to assist with this setup.
If a voter's email address is on the Maintenance or Vote-by-Mail tab in their voter record, you can send them an email directly from their record. Simply holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click the email address to bring up a new message form in your email application.
If your email software supports attachments such as letters, you can send attachments with the email.
