The voter fails to respond to the Notice of Potential Ineligibility.
Once the certified mail return receipt has been received, the voter has 30 days to respond to the potential-ineligibility notice.
The status of all voters who missed the deadline can be made Ineligible via the Process non Response to Notice program, which changes non-responsive voters' status to Ineligible and schedules them to receive a Notice of Final Determination. The program picks up voters who:
Have a match status of Certified Receipt Received and missed the deadline for responding to the notice (that is, the notice-sent date is greater than 29 days).
Have a match status of Newspaper Notice Scheduled and failed to respond to the newspaper notice (that is, the newspaper-notice-scheduled date is greater than 29 days).
You should run this program in accordance with your county's schedule for eligibility maintenance.
