Suspended Third Party Address Change

To access:  VOTER REGISTRATION > Suspense Queue > {suspense record for third-party address change}

On this dialog, you can process a third-party address change suspended to your county by another Florida county. This means that the other county was notified by a third party that one of their voters has moved into your county. The law requires that your county process the address change and send the appropriate notices to the voter.

Click OK to validate the address against your local streets table.

Click OK to finish the address change.

This street range is not a valid Residence Address

Click OK and follow your office's procedures for voters who supply a non-residential address. This might involved, for example, attempting to contact the voter to obtain their actual residence address.

Street segment could not be found

Click OK and research the address to determine if it should be added to the database. If your research determines that the address is invalid, you should then resuspend the address change to the originating county. To do this, click Address Doesn't Validate to bring up the Suspense County Selection dialog.
