Dialog Help
To access: VOTER REGISTRATION > Application Forms > {voter} > HSMV Match
This dialog is available when the driver license or social security number on a voter registration application was unable to be verified by HSMV. The local county has the option of accepting the voter's application regardless and activating the voter, or rejecting the voter's application and assigning a status of Incomplete.
The dialog shows the information from the voter's application in the county database on the left with the data from the same fields in the HSMV database on the right. An explanation of the error is displayed below the two sets of data.
Accept Application Register Voter—Disregards the HSMV error and registers the voter as Active. It might take a few minutes for activation to occur.
Reject Application as HSMV Incomplete—Accepts the application as Incomplete.
Cancel—Exits the dialog without making any changes.
