System Options—VIC Options

Options controlling the printing of voter information cards and voter labels are found on the VIC Options tab.

Immediate Printing of VIC Permitted

Enables printing of a voter information card directly from the voter's record when the Voter Card program is running on your network. See How to Print a Single Voter Information Card for more information.

The alternative to immediate printing is to go to the Notices Queue and print the Voter ID Cards that are scheduled for printing.

Immediate Printing of Label Permitted

Enables printing of a voter label directly from the voter's record when the Voter Label program is running on your network. These labels are typically affixed to paper file folders holding the voter's registration forms and correspondence, but can be used for any purpose. The content of the voter label is defined in the document specification for VoterLabel. See How to Print a Single Voter Label for more information.

The alternative to immediate printing is to go to the Notices Queue and print the Voter Labels scheduled for printing.

Use Mailing Address to Mail First Card

Use Mailing Address for Subsequent Cards

Select this option to print the voter's mailing address on the voter information cards mailed after the first one. If you do not select this option, Voter Focus uses the voter's residential address.
