System Options—Incomplete/Denial Letters

On this tab you select the notices to be automatically scheduled to individuals whose application for voter registration:

In the Regn Code field, select the registration source your county uses for web application. In the Letter to be Sent field, select the notice to be scheduled. The applicant's information can be printed on an application form, which is sent to them along with the selected letter requesting a signature.

Denial and incomplete reasons are maintained in VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Codes.

Before selecting notices on this tab, you must first set up the notices:

1.     Create a Word document containing the content of the letter and store the document in the folder \VR6SharedBinaries\Docs.

2.     Create a record for the new notice in PRINTING > Document Maintenance. See How to Set Up a Document or Notice.
