This report generates a list of persons who have requested mail ballots for non-family members for the selected election. This report lets you track how many ballots have been requested by single individuals.

To have a requester appear on this report, the entry in the Relationship field on the Vote-by-Mail Request dialog must not be one of the selections in the drop-down list. The entry must be left empty or a relationship typed in.
