To access: VOTE BY MAIL > Relia-Vote Utilities > Process Undeliverable Ballot Images
This dialog lets you index to voter records the image of mail-ballot envelopes returned by the Postal Service as undeliverable. The image capture is done by the Relia-Vote system.
