Counties

To access: STREETS AND PRECINCTS > Street Utilities > Counties

On this dialog you maintain the list of valid Florida counties and the three-character county code used by FVRS. The dialog also stores the Supervisor of Elections name and mailing address for in-state cancellation letters.

To maintain the SOE name or mailing address for a county, highlight the county name and then type the changes in the fields below the list. The changes are saved when you click Close or highlight another county in the list.

Once the counties have been set up, which will be done at Voter Focus installation, you should not add or delete counties. Nor should you change the FVRS County field unless instructed to do so by the State.
