User Permissions Affecting Printing and Notices

The notices and printing functions can be configured to reveal features to some users and hide them from others. This is done by granting/withholding permissions to user types in VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > User Permissions. (See How to Enable/Disable Features in Voter Focus for instructions.)

DesignDocuments	Create specifications for the various notices scheduled and sent to voters.	The Document Maintenance button on the Printing tab.
DocumentScheduling	Allows user to: Run the routine that reads voters from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and schedules notices for those voters. Unschedule the printing of selected documents in the Notices Queue.	The Document Scheduling button on the Printing tab.
NoticesQueue	View and print from the Notices Queue.	The Notices Queue button on the Printing tab.
SystemUtilities	Allows user to run the Monthly Database Cleanup utility (among other system utilities).	The System Utilities button on the Voter Focus Admin tab.
UnscheduleDocs	Remove documents from the Notices Queue.	The Unschedule Documents button on the Document Scheduling dialog.
VoterCard	Run the Voter Card program.	The Voter Card button on the Printing tab.
VoterLabel	Run the Voter Label program.	The Voter Label button on the Printing tab.
