Count of Notices by Zip Code

To access: PRINTING > Notices Queue > {notice}

This dialog appears when you are sorting a print run or export of notices by zip code. It lists the zip codes found for voters scheduled to receive the notice along with the number of notices going to each zip code.

With a zip-code sort, you have the option of printing all notices in the entire list or selecting one zip code and limiting the print/export run to just the records for that zip code. To select one zip code, highlight it and click OK to continue. (You will need to repeat the print/export run to process the notices in the other zip codes.) To print/export notices for the entire list, make sure no individual zip codes are highlighted before you click OK.

The Print Image of this Dialog button is handy if you are creating an export file for a commercial printer and your printer requested a zip-code sort.
