Place Maintenance—Delivery Tab

To access: ELECTIONS > Place Maintenance > {place} > Delivery

On this tab, you can maintain information about delivering items to the place. All of this information appears on the Delivery/Access tab in the CallTrack program.

Fields and Controls on this Dialog

Delivery Day (days before Election)	Enter the number of days before an election that you want delivery to this place to occur. Voter Focus assumes all election days are on Tuesday and will compute the weekday of delivery and display it next to the field. For example, if you enter 2 in the Delivery Day field, Voter Focus will determine that the delivery day should be two days prior to the election—Sunday—and will display Sun next to the field. If you are setting up delivery to an early voting site, keep in mind that the delivery day is computed on the election day, not the day when early voting begins. So when determining a delivery date, you will need to count back from election day, not the first early voting day.
Delivery Route	Display only. The delivery route to which this place is assigned. Route numbers are maintained on the Maintain Delivery Route dialog.
Delivery Sequence	Display only. In the list of stops for the delivery route, the sequence number of this place within the route. The sequence of stops on a route is maintained on the Maintain Delivery Route dialog.
Delivery Location	Describe the location at the place where deliveries are to be made.
Delivery Hours	Note the beginning and ending hours when deliveries at this place will be accepted. Be sure to enter AM and PM.
Onsite Storage Location	If the place has a storage facility, describe its location here. This information appears in the Onsite Storage Location field on the Delivery Route Stops report.
Special Delivery Info	Enter any notes the delivery person might need to complete the delivery. This information appears in the Special Delivery Info field on the Delivery Route Stops report.
Pickup Day (days after Election	Enter the number of days after an election that you want the pickup from this place to occur. Voter Focus assumes all election days are on Tuesday and will compute the weekday of pickup and display it next to the field. For example, if you enter 2 in the Delivery Day field, Voter Focus will determine that the pickup day should be two days after the election—Thursday—and will display Thur next to the field. If you are setting up the pickup from an early voting site, keep in mind that the pickup day is computed on the election day, not the day when early voting ends. So you will need to count the days after election day, not the last early voting day.
Pickup Route	Enter your county's ID for the pickup route for this place. Pickup-route IDs are not maintained in Voter Focus, so you can enter any 10-character code here.
Pickup Sequence	Enter your county's numeric ID indicating the order in which pickups are made from the place. Pickup-sequence IDs are not maintained in Voter Focus, so you can enter any two-digit code here.
Driver's Mobile	Enter the delivery/pickup driver's mobile phone number here.
