In June 2017, a more robust and detailed report for locating possible duplicate voters was added. This new report identifies voters in the county database who might have duplicate registrations. This is done by searching for the following matches:
Last name, first name, middle Initial, and birthdate match
Driver license match (complete match and/or matches with exception of the first character)
Social Security Number (SSN)
Residence Address and last 4 digits of SSN
First Name, Residence Address, and Birthdate
First Name, Birthdate, and last 4 digits of SSN
This is a much more stringent test than the one used during voter registration of new voters, where the list of potential duplicates is much wider.
When you run this report, you are asked to enter a cut-off date. The report will only look for voters registered on or after this date.
Users must have the permission Report:DuplicateVoters to run the report.
