Set Up Sample-Ballot Emailing for This Election

To access: ELECTIONS > Maintain Election Settings > Sample Ballots > Set Up Sample-Ballot Emails for This Election

On this dialog, you can turn on emailing of sample ballots for the focused election. See How to Email Sample Ballots to Voters for instructions on the sample-ballot-emailing process.

Fields and Controls on this Dialog

Sample Ballot Emailing Enabled	Select this check box to turn on emailing of sample ballots to voters who have not yet received one for the focused election.
Check Ballot Files	Displays a list of the ballot styles for the election in the Ballot Style File Checker pane. Next to the ballot-style name is the PDF file name expected by Voter Focus. Next to the PDF name is the Exists column, which shows whether the file is in the correct location on your network (that is, I:\Vr6Sharedbinaries\MAIS\Ballots). You should confirm that all ballot styles are displaying True in this column before turning on sample ballot emailing.
