Early Voting Voter Certificate

An Early Voting Voter Certificate with the voter registration information automatically filled in. All that's needed is a signature. The ID type will be filled in by the system, reflecting the type of ID provided by the voter at check in.

Note that the example here shows the text in three languages— English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. To have the Spanish version appear, you must select the option Spanish/English Dual Language. To include the Creole version, you must select the option Creole Language Support. Both options are found in VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Options > System Options.
