Restarting Fast Voter Check-in on the EViD

This Remote Tech Utility function—like the same function in Tech Utilities—lets you restart the check-in software on the EViD station.

To restart Fast Voter Check-In:

  1. In Remote Tech Utilities, click the Restart Program button in the Functions list. You will see the following box: Restart_Program_box.png

  2. Click Yes to send a request for restart to the EViD station. You will see the message "Waiting for EViD..." while the EViD user clicks Support Request and responds to the request on their side. When the restart is complete, you will see the message "Restart of EViD successful."
