For communications with images only. The network path to the image file.

Commn_Image_Type

For communications with images only. G indicates an image is associated with the communication.

Commn_Feed_Code

For communications with images only. The value in the Feed Code field on the Image Batch Selection dialog when the image was indexed, indicating the rotation of the image.

Operator_Number

User creating or recording communication.

Commn_Clip_Code

For communications with images only. Clip code A specification pertaining to a standard application for voter registration denoting the X and Y coordinates of the top-left corner of the box where the voter signature is located. Clip codes are used when scanning images to tell Voter Focus where the signature is expected to be located. They are defined in VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Options > Clip Codes. used when voter's signature was clipped from larger image.

For communications with images only. Position of voter's signature clip on the larger image.

X and Y—X and Y positions of top-left corner.

X2 and Y2—X and Y positions of bottom-right corner.

Note  Not all communications are authorized by FVRS. Communications can also be created by local county users.

FVRS contact type assigned to communication.

Number assigned to image associated with communication.

Unused.

UndeliverableDate

Date when undeliverable mail was recorded in voter record.
