Date worker was last sent a letter or email from the Voter Focus system.

Unused.

Date_Record_Added

Timestamp when the election-worker record added to the system.

Training_Hours_YTD

Hours of training class worker has attended in this calendar year.

Training_Hours_After_June

Hours of training class worker has attended since June 30 of this year.

Date_Last_Record_Change

Unused.

Operator_Number

Unused.

PW_Comments

Comments field on Worker Maintenance General tab.

PW_YTD_Pay

Amount of pay issued to worker in this calendar year.

PW_YTD_Pay_Year

Year being reported in PW_YTD_Pay column.

PW_Last_Year_Pay

Amount of pay issued to worker in previous calendar year.

Misc_Payment

An outstanding miscellaneous payment owed the worker.

Unavailable_Until

Date when worker is available to work again after being marked as unavailable.

Terminated_Date

Date worker status was changed to T, Terminated Election Worker.

Contact_Flag

Y indicates a response has been received from the worker. (The Response Status fields on the Worker Maintenance General tab is Response Received.)

PW_Soc_Sec_Num

The worker's full Social Security Number.

Note  Social Security Numbers entered in this column are not copied to the worker's voter registration record.

PW_email_address

The worker's email address.

PW_Telephone_Number

Number designated as worker's Home phone number on Worker Maintenance General tab.

Languages

Comma-delimited list of languages spoken by worker.

PW_Mobile_Phone

Number designated as worker's Mobile phone number on Worker Maintenance General tab.

PW_Drivers_License

Worker's driver license number.

PW_Phone_Priority

Indicates the order in which worker's three phone numbers—Home, Work, and Mobile—are displayed on their record, denoting which number to call first. For example:

MHW—Mobile, Home, Work

PW_Picture

The hexadecimal data for the worker's photo image.

ELM_update

Y indicates a column on the Pwm row pertaining to ELM has changed, so the next time the ELMUpdates program runs ELM will be updated with the new information.

Department

Department code from VOTER FOCUS ADMIN > System Codes > County Worker Departments.

Worker_Alias

Name from Preferred Name field on Worker Maintenance dialog.

Portal_Account_Created

Y indicates an election-worker portal account has been created for this person by the ELM software.
