election_number

Election number. If election number is zero, all polling place information is for precinct's normal polling place.

Voting

Y indicates the precinct is participating in the election.

combine_with_precinct

If a precinct's precinct register is combined with another precinct's for the election, this column shows the precinct with which the selected precinct is combined.

split_precinct_reference

If this precinct is a split precinct, this is the precinct ID into which the precincts are consolidated.

precinct

Precinct ID.

polling_place_region_code

Region code associated with the precinct's normal polling place.

city_code

City code or city district assigned to the precinct.

office_location

Value in the Office Location column (in the place record) of the precinct's polling place. This reflects the normal polling place unless an election is specified and the precinct has a temporary polling place for that election. If so, the columns will show the address of the temporary polling place.

place_name

Polling place where the precinct votes. If an election is specified and the precinct has a temporary polling place for that election, this column shows the name of the temporary polling place. Otherwise it shows name of precinct's normal polling place.

precinct_clerk

Name of election worker designated as clerk for precinct in selected election.

senate_district

Florida senate district assigned to precinct.

house_district

Florida house district assigned to precinct.

commission_district

County commission district assigned to precinct.

school_board_district

School board district assigned to precinct.

federal_house_district

U.S. Congressional district assigned to precinct.

prec_registered_voters

Number of registered voters in precinct.

total_prec_reg_-columns

These columns display numbers of precinct's Active voters by party affiliation.

total_prec_ireg_-columns

These columns display numbers of precinct's Inactive voters by party affiliation.

street_- columns and city_name

USPS address for the precinct's polling place. This will reflect the normal polling place unless an election is specified and the precinct has a temporary polling place for that election. If so, the columns will show the address of the temporary polling place.

PN_- columns

Polling place information from the place record. This will reflect the normal polling place unless an election is specified and the precinct has a temporary polling place for that election. If so, the columns will show information for the temporary polling place.

City_Ward

City-ward code or city-ward district assigned to precinct.

<demographic type>_Eligible columns

These columns display numbers of precinct's eligible voters by party affiliation, race, and sex. If an election is specified, the numbers reflect eligible voters for that election. Otherwise the numbers reflect all eligible voters.

Rep_Code

Contents of the Rep Code field on the maintenance dialog for the precinct's normal polling place.

Same_Board_Precinct

If the precinct shares the election board of another precinct, the other precinct number is shown here. If a precinct shares its board with another precinct or does not share its board, the precinct number shown here matches the precinct in the Precinct column (above).

Election_PollingPlace

Place ID of the precinct's polling place. If an election is specified and precinct has a temporary poling place for that election, the place ID of the temporary polling place is shown. Otherwise the place ID of the normal polling place is shown. If no election is specified, this column is blank.

Default_PollingPlace

Place ID of the precinct's normal polling place.
