CallTrack

Allows user to run the CallTrack program and access all features of program for precinct polling places (voting day centers).

The CallTrack button on the Elections tab.

Grant this permission to all users who will be using any aspect of the CallTrack application. Then apply other permissions to configure further access to CallTrack.

Note  This permission does not give access to early voting sites or election centers. For access to those groups, grant the permission CallTrack:EarlyVoteCenters or CallTrack:EarlyVoteCenters, respectively.

CallTrack:EarlyVoteCenters

Allows user to view and create calls for early voting sites.

Grant this permission to users who need to take and manage calls from early voting sites.

Note  Granting this permission disables the user group's access to precinct polling places (voting day centers) unless they also have the permission CallTrack:VotingDayCenters.

CallTrack:ElectionCenters

Allows user to view and create calls for election centers.

Grant this permission to users who need to take and manage calls from election centers.

Note  Granting this permission disables the user group's access to precinct polling places (voting day centers) unless they also have the permission CallTrack:VotingDayCenters.

CallTrack:VotingDayCenters

Allows user to view and create calls for precinct polling places when they also have one or both of these permissions:

CallTrack:EarlyVoteCenters

CallTrack:ElectionCenters

Grant this permission to users who need to take and manage calls from precinct polling places as well as early vote and/or election centers.

Note  This permission is needed only if the user group has CallTrack:EarlyVoteCenters and/or CallTrack:ElectionCenters because these two permissions disable access to precinct polling places (voting day centers).

CallTrack:DeleteCall

New permission in Release 14.0.

Allows deletion of a call.

CallTrackAdmin

New permission in Release 14.0.

In 14.0 this permission is automatically granted to user types with the retired permissions:

CallTrack:Admin

The Set Up CallTrack program on the Elections tab. Also the CallTrack button on the Elections tab until the day of focused election is seven days in the past (that is, the election date plus seven days).

Grant this permission to users who need to maintain equipment lists and CallTrack departments and categories. Also grant to users who need to access the CallTrack program in the seven days following an election.

Note  This permission has no effect on the place selection (for example, polling place vs. early voting site).
