Send a Notice of Elections to Permanent Vote-By-Mail Voters

This topic describes how to set up a Notice of Elections in Voter Focus, compile a list of your Permanent absentee voters, and schedule the notice to be printed for each of those voters. The Notice of Elections is typically mailed to voters towards the end of the year. It lists the elections planned for the coming year with space for the voter to check all elections or the elections they want to vote absentee.
