Create a List of Voters Marked as Fed Elections Only

Federal Elections Only voters do not appear in precinct registers.

To find your Federal Elections Only voters, create a report using the Flexible Report option. The instructions below will generate a list of all Active and Inactive voters with the Fed Elections Only flag set on the Maint tab in the voter record.

  1. Go to REPORTING > Flexible Reports.
  2. On the Flexible Report dialog, verify Voter Register is selected in the Data Source box. When the dialog opens, this option is selected by default.
  3. From the Output Options menu, select Voter List.
  4. Click Status, Birthdate, Registration Date.
  5. On the Select Voters dialog, select Federal Elections Voters and click Close.
  6. Click Run FlexRep to create a list of the voters whose Fed Elections Only check box is selected.
